Well I have decided on a small girl I am supposed to pick her up tomorrow I hope.
I have alway's had Great Danes and English Mastiffs still have a Dane.
But I am ready for something that dosen't crush me when it try's to get into my lap.
So hopefully everything will go well my big dog is used to little guy's and she is used to big guy's
But what worries me is how much I hear about temperament as they get older.
Small or not a bitting dog isn't fun.

Post pictures of your girl when you get her! When i was little I wanted to have a Great Dane so bad, dad was going to get me one, but before that parents decided to get divorce, so I could never have one, but I have a Chi and a Yorkie, you can't get smaller than that :p and they are my joy, my life and my world revolves around them:D
The thing with mean Chi's is that they don't get socialize when they're puppies, but if you socialize yours you won't have a problem.
Congrats on your baby!!

I will put pic's on here as soon as I can and I will work on that socializing because right now she is so sweet and I don't want that to change.
I don't want to have to keep her from bitting that sould never be a problem.
Great Danes are great I have had 4 the one before this last one I had to put down at the age of 12.

Good luck with your new baby!!!
I'm sorry you had to put one of your great danes down. I know how painful that can be.

Thank you yes it is hard but it was the best thing I could do for her and she did get to a great age for a large breed.
