The toy-humping is mst likely a dominance thing. She's basically saying to the toys "I'm in charge!" It's normal, not much to worry about unless she starts humping you...or the cat!!
As far as her being in the shower with you, there shouldnt be much of a problem. Just be sure to get some sort of drying agent for her ears, because too much water in there can cause a painful infection. If you don't already have one, your vet, or a pet store could help you chose an effective one.

thank you i was just worried she was having like gender confusion and i didnt know how to deal with that...no she hasnt humped the cat thank goodness cause the cat would prolly hurt her but we keep them all seperated cause i fear the cats wont accept her and that wouldnt be a good thing

the cats will get used to her...or leave her alone....most cats i see dont lash out until the dog really annoys him...or if theyre just mean anyway....

My experience with dogs has been that a good percentage show this humping behavior whether male or female. Our two recent 8 week old males portray this action periodically to each other . The wife thought that they were gay. hahaha
Our other dogs have been step sister Manchester terriers and then miniture poodle females which also displayed this activity.
Can't help you with anything about cats.
