Hey fellow Chi lovers. I have to admit that ignorantly, I was like so many that thought of Chihuahuas as gripy little bark boxes...Until I got Missy. :D Missy is 15 weeks old now and weighs 3 lbs. 7 oz. My husband has always told me how much he wanted a chihuahua, and I ALWAYS balked...He finally talked me into getting Missy, and I have to tell you, it was love at first sight! Literally! She and I have bonded so completely, and she is the light of my life. I am So glad I let him talk me into getting her. She's my sweet baby. I am looking forward to talking with other chi owners, I'm still learning, but it's not such a hard class ;)

I was like you before we got CHikis, but now, he is the love of my life, along with Jerome my yorkie and my husband:D

I too thought that Chi's were tempermental, yappy little dogs. Radar can be somewhat yappy at times, but they are wonderful dogs. Radar is my first Chi and I wouldnt trade him for the world!

I was the exact same way before getting my little bella. I thought all chi;s were mean, loud barky, unsocial little ankle biters, but BellaRose proved me soooooooo wrong. She is wonderful, loves to snuggle, loves people amd is one of the most quiet dogs I've ever had the pleasure of owning, she rarely ever makes a peep:o
