Hello,

I just found this chihuahua forum. Thank You for having it. I am aalso on a dachshund forum but could never seem to find achihuahua forum so I am so happy to be here. I live in michigan and breed chihuahua and mini dachshund. ;)

Welcome to Chi talk. Before we got Jerome our yorkie, we thought about getting a dashund, but someone told us that they have a lot of back problems. Is that true?

not really if you treat them as you would any other small dog. I love them so much. there great:)

there was this one on the local newspaper with a nice coat like long hair and white backgground and brown spots it was really cute and when we finally made the call to the person selling him, it was too late someone else had gotten him. I guess it wasn't meant to be.

I know someone who is planning to breed their dashound who is blue eyed to a chi blue male with green eyes. I like dashound too they are beautiful

Alot of people do that theses days. they are calling them chiwinnies. I myself don't cross breed. But I have seen some and they are cute.your friend most like has a dapple if it has a blue eye.

Yep that is what she called it. She also cross breeds chi with pom. I do not know if I agree with this or not. I wonder if there are any bad defects because of this. Do you know of any?
