Best place to buy a Chiahuahua

we bought ours (me and my girlfriend) from Chichisweethomes.com I heard a lot of bad things about them but for whatever reason they were awesome with us.. very expensive but our little guy was totally worth it.

We are concidering buying a second chi chi... Any ideas/advice as to where to chi chi shop?
