Hello!

My name is Anne, I live in Duluth, MN and just adopted Stanley from a MN animal shelter. I think he might be mixed with JRT, not sure. He weighs 10 pounds and is pretty "beefy" for a chi. He is great on the leash, perfectly potty trained, doesn't bark too much, and is a great sleeper! I feel so lucky. I will try to attach some pictures so you give me your opinions. I have never had a little dog so this is all new to me. Stanley is a happy, jaunty, wonderful little companion. Kind of bratty but he is picking the training really well and is already much better. I also have a Mastiff, Quinn, and a shepard/husky mix, Timber. We had to put our sweet female akita, Suki, down this past spring. I have also adopted and fostered greyhounds and had another akita, Taj, who died of VKH when he was only 18-months-old.

I work with crime victims at the county attorney's office, play rhythm guitar and sing lead in a band, and volunteer for Midwest Akita Rescue Society and Midwest Mastiff Rescue.
