More topics sections

[RBP]

for different things to talk about. I have seen some forums with quite a few topics sections and its quite organised. I am not saying that it isnt its just that i dont know were to put half of the topics in the sections like a health question which i dont see appropriate to be up in topics with pictures and anything like that.
