Help!!

So I just joined this forum tonight. My chihuahua is four years old and has never been spayed. I'm a senior in college, she is a house dog and I just never did it. Harp on me if you want. My mistake. So, I let her out this morning to 'potty', not thinking that she was in heat and my apartment complex wasn't safe. I ran in to grab my shoes and when I returned she was gone. Finally found her 'attached' to another chihuahua, whom I've never seen in my life. Now I fear she has gotten 'knocked up.' I've been searching the internet about this and have only found bad things. "She is going to need a C-section, she will have complications..." and so on and so forth. So, what do I do? I'm not sure I can do the 'doggy abortion.' Any advice would be nice...I'm scared to lose her.

ok i would deff see your vet about the aborting thingy
ask yourself
Can you afford if anything goes wrong?
will the puppys be healthy?
do you have time to look after mommy & puppies?
Will you be able to find them loving forever homes?

and if you do decide to go a head with it will you get her spayed after?


sorry for all the neg things but chis can have bad experience when giving birth but there is good storys to :D

i'm sorry to hear :/.. what ended up happening. i'm curious because i kinda put myself i'n your shoes and imagined what it would have been like if that was my chihuhua
