Tear Stain removal?

Anyone know of a good tear stain remover? Ive tried diamond eyes on tink and it seems to work okay, but she constantly tears. I was wondering if anyone knows what causes this? Ive heard that in breeds like malteses it can be caused by stress and that such things like bottled water can help clear it up. Well tink is very spoiled so I am not sure what she can stress about and bottled water doesnt seem to help. Any suggesstions?:)

austin has them also i use cleaning wipes from www.drfostersmith.com and they seem to have made it alot better i dont use them as much as i should tho
