Hi! My name is Lauri and my little girls name is Holly. I found Holly in the middle of the road in the middle of a cold December night. Someone abandoned her out in the country where I was living. The next day we drove a mile in each direction of where we had found her, going door to door to see if we could find her owner. We gave our information to all three local Animal Control Agencies. We put an advertisement in the newspaper. Sadly, her people were not looking for her. At the time I was living with my newly separated sister, her two daughters, her two 3 yorkies and my one yorkie. We weren't looking to add to our pack, but after two weeks and no leads as to where she belonged, I decided I couldn't abandon her again so I got her vaccinated and spayed and she's been my precious little girl ever since. When I found her she weighed 3.5 lbs and the vet estimated her age to be between 1 and 3 years. That was 5 years ago. Everyone who meets her loves her! Many people think that she is not a full blooded Chihuahua...they may be right...but that's not important to me. She is my special angel and I love her no matter what her bloodlines are! I hope she is welcome here, even though she may not be 100% Chi. :)
