Bella has lost her mind

My puppy Bella will be 6 months old on 9/10 and I just had her spayed on 8/31. Well before the spay she would occasionally "lose her mind" and just squat and pee right on the bed, MY BED!! Well since she was spayed she has done it a lot more. Last night she peed on my mom's bed, and then a couple of hours later I woke up to her peeing on my bed, eww gross is an understatement as she was right by my head. For the most part she is housebroken, I take her out every 1 1/2 to 2 hours and right before bed, and first thing in the morning. I just don't know what to do as I can't imagine not having her sleep with me. Any suggestions? Any ideas on why she is doing this? I wasn't sure if maybe something went wrong when she was spayed as it has happened more since that was done. I am really just looking for any ideas or answers any of you might have.:confused:
