WHen I dangle a toy or treat in front of tinkerbell she will do a wonderful ballerina-like dance for me. It makes me want to put a tu-tu on her:p . She will twirl in circles on her back 2 legs when she gets really excited. Does your chi do this?

Dolly dances too! I was just asking another chi owner about that very thing today. Dolly doesn't even need a treat (although that will keep her on her dancing paws for a VERY long time)...excitement gets her going. She twirls and walks. It's so dainty and yes, just like a ballerina. I have thought she needed a tutu as well.
