Since the holidays are just around the corner, how do you guys celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas?
We spend Thanksgiving at my in laws. When I got married my MIL and I made an agreement, she would cook for Thanksgiving and I would cook for Christmas, so that is how we do it.
Thanksgiving we go to the in laws we play games, go for walks with their dogs and ours, we go bike riding then we watch football, we arae big football fans.
Christmas, th in laws come home we eat and we open the presents, we watch movies (two movies usually) then we eat dessert and have some good coffee.
I have a small family it's just my in laws, hubby and me. The rest of my family lives in Mexico. Hubby is the only child and his relatives live all over the country.

Usually it is just the five of us. DH and I don't have sibs and his cousins are older and they are busy traveling to visit great grandkids. My family is up in Arkansas. We still have a good time! I drive up to Arkansas with the boys the day after Christmas and stay for about a week so that I can take care of my mother, she has Alzheimer's, while her sitters get a break.

I usually go to my Mom's house on Christmas eve and we have a huge party with food and presents and games and all that good junk. Then Christmas day just lay around and relax..
