for Thanksgiving? My chi Tink is usually too anti-social and too nervous out of the house but my yorkie loves to go out in public (actually she just loves to go everywhere with her momma) and of course my Boxer is too big to take with me but anyways Im thinking of taking Chloe(my yorkie) with me to Thanksgiving at my husband's grandparents house. Ive taken her over for Easter and other holidays but there are so many more people over at Thanksgiving and she is so small so Im a little nervous. What do you think? Do you all bring your furbabies?

Chikis and Jerome looooove going to their grandparents house :D . There is no kids or other people just the in laws, hubby, the in laws dogs (shi-tzu and a poddle/terrier mix) and me of course. In laws' backyard it's 4 times bigger than ours so they have more room to run around and they play with the in laws dogs. Of course my MIL boils turkey for them and they just love that!
Chikis is not social at all, but the only people he likes are my in laws my husband and me. Jerome is just the opposite he loves people and wants to kiss everybody.
I would suggest that if you are going to be watching Chloe all the time while at your husbands family go for it, but if you are going to be busy doing other things like helping out, I wouldn't take her bc people getting in and out of the house and small as she is.... no, I wouldn't take chances, but that is just me.

I take MIlo lots of places..My boys both play hockey so he spends alot of time at the arena. Plus i thought it would be a good way to get him out and about, and use to the kids, noise and other people. I'm not sure if my idea is right or not but its working out ok so far.
So did you end up taking Tink to Thanksgiving?
I take Rambo everywhere with me but I feel like when I take him to my finances family's house they consider him a pain in the bum when he doesn't do anything wrong. He just sits in my lap. They have two dogs of there own and they just beat Rambo up (literally) so he just gets held wile I get funny looks...oh well I can't make everyone happy...and if I can make one person happy it's going to be my dog Rambo.
